Green Earth Grill uses ingredients that can be found at your local grocery store, making it easier for you to transition to a plant based diet for your personal health, the animals well being and the stability of our planet!

Hot Ving Wrap
1 package Morningstar Farms brand Chick’n Strips
1/2 C Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
2T vegan butter such as Smart Balance

organic shredded lettuce
organic chopped tomatoes
flour tortillas, Trader Joe’s brand is vegan

Method: Cook the Chick’n strips according to package directions, then melt the butter and hot sauce in a pan over low heat and add it to your cooked Chick’n strips.

Ranch
1 C Veganaise, vegan mayo made by Follow Your Heart
1/2 t each of:  onion powder, garlic powder,  dried dill, dried parsley
dash of vinager, salt and pepper to taste

* save left over ranch in refrigerator

Summer Protien Salad     (or Chickpea “Egg Salad”)

Chickpea “Egg Salad” Sandwiches

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2 cans chickpeas, drained
vegan mayo (Vegenaise recommended)
nutritional yeast
sweet relish or chopped dill pickles
chopped green onion
mustard (stadium mustard is good)
salt and pepper to taste
whole grain toast
sliced tomato
lettuce

Directions:

Drain the chickpeas and mash well or process in food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients to your taste as if you are making egg salad.
Serve on whole grain toast with sliced tomato and lettuce.
